The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation. For made-to-measure pieces, upon your confirmation of the quotation.
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included. Payment is made using the methods indicated at checkout.
A deposit of 30% is required for made-to-measure creations. Once production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
Insured shipping within Switzerland, free over CHF 200. Delivery times are communicated at the time of the order.
Swiss statutory provisions apply. Place of jurisdiction: Schaffhausen.
For in-stock pieces you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, without stating a reason.
One-of-a-kind pieces and made-to-measure creations are excluded from withdrawal, as they are produced specifically for you.
Contact us by e-mail; we will tell you how to return the item, intact and in its original packaging.
Once the return has been received and checked, we refund the amount using the same payment method.
Insured shipping within Switzerland, free over CHF 200 (otherwise CHF 12). Each piece is packed by hand.
